Afghanistan is in deep crisis after years of conflict, economic instability and natural disasters. The country's health infrastructure is largely destroyed.
Access to basic health services has become almost impossible and vital supplies such as clean water, medicines and medical equipment are severely in short supply. The majority of people are struggling to access health services, while problems such as epidemics and malnutrition are growing.
In these difficult circumstances, we at Doctors International are providing emergency health assistance and rebuilding health services in Afghanistan. We also aim to improve the quality of life of individuals with vision loss by performing cataract surgeries.
Your donations will contribute to the provision of health supplies, medicines and medical equipment, providing essential support to people in distress and building a more sustainable health infrastructure.
